Hot Runner System Rotary Type Toothbrush Mold

Our hot runner rotary toothbrush mold is a high-precision independently developed product, specially designed for integrated molding of double-color and three-color toothbrushes. Combining advanced constant-temperature hot runner injection technology and 360° rotary core technology, it effectively solves the common problems of traditional toothbrush molds such as obvious joints, low yield rate and excessive waste materials, serving as an optimal solution for mass production of high-end daily-use toothbrushes.

Equipped with an intelligent independent temperature control hot runner system, the mold keeps the plastic melt in a molten state during the whole production process without a traditional cold runner structure. It eliminates runner waste fundamentally, greatly improves raw material utilization and reduces production costs. The precise closed-loop temperature control system adapts to various plastic materials, avoiding surface defects such as flow marks, weld lines and shrinkage deformation, ensuring smooth surface and accurate dimensional consistency of toothbrush handles.

Featured with a high-precision rotary mechanism, the mold realizes automatic multi-station rotation and replacement, supporting synchronous composite molding of multi-color plastics. It can complete integrated production of double-color and three-color toothbrushes in one step without secondary processing. Compared with traditional molds, it greatly shortens the molding cycle, increases production efficiency by more than 50%, and fully meets large-scale, standardized and high-quality mass production requirements.

Supported by our imported precision processing and testing equipment, the whole mold undergoes fine polishing, strict precision inspection and trial mold testing. It features high rigidity, excellent wear resistance and long service life, maintaining ultra-high dimensional accuracy of ±0.01mm during long-term continuous production.
